Despite our varied backgrounds and differences, we all share the same love of our sport. When a fellow rider is in need, it's important to remember what binds us together. I just caught wind of a tragic story about a man named Jason Sigfrid who needs our help. If you live in the Eugene area and you can make it to this event, please find it in your heart to help him out. If and when there are other means to donate, I will post them here.
This is Jason's story, as told by Motogirl from KTM Country on the OMRA site (link below):
For those of you that do not know yet Jason Sigfrid has been blessed with having twins on the way and a little 18month old daughter already. Jason also has been diagnosed with Non-hodgkins Lymphoma aka cancer. Jason has been under going treatment and will keep fighting. Things are looking great. Jason's family has insurance, HE DOES NOT. That is where us as a dirtbike family can come together and help out. We will be having a Papas Pizza fund raiser to start but more fund raising to come. You have to have the flyer when you come to the pizza parlor on March 18th. I do not know how to make it pop on this site so I will send it to someone so they can post it on here. Also I will have lots of them here at the shop. Papas pizza will give the Jason medical fund 50% of all the money we spend there that day. So please everyone from everywhere please come and help us raise money for his health bills. Thank You. KTM Country
Donations for Jason can also be sent to KTM Country at:
